Welcome
to "The Perch" a privately owned guest house located in a quiet, wooded
neighborhood on the edge of Eureka Springs. We bought the house as our own vacation
home after staying here many times as guests ourselves. Therefore we are
eager to have you enjoy this place of refuge as we have for the past few years.
Make yourself at home and come back often!
You
will feel the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of this beautiful home as soon
as you get out of your car in the lighted, circle driveway. From the wooden rocker
on the front porch to the large Jacuzzi tub and swinging hammock on the deck,
as well as the over stuffed couch and leather wing-back chairs in front of the
stone fireplace inside, you will begin to unwind immediately.
If it weren't for all the fun and entertaining things to see and do in Eureka
Springs during your stay, you might not want to ever leave this safe haven!
You
will meet the "Old Red Rooster" as soon as you enter The Perch. He will
be your host during your stay but, don't worry, he won't wake you up in the mornings!
He'll let you sleep as long as you want, after all, you're here to relax. Right?
After
getting up and starting your day, you might want to fix yourself a cup of coffee
or hot tea, and maybe even cook a full breakfast. No problem! The Perch has a
fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, electric range and oven, garbage disposal
and electric dishwasher for your convenience. Sorry, you have to provide your
own food, and "Old Red" prefers it when you eat beef! He gets his feathers
ruffled when he smells fowl! Nevertheless, you're the guest, so, eat whatever
you want, Old Red won't crow too loud I'm sure!
